The Binghamton Pond Festival is produced through a nonprofit organization called Broome Winterworks Inc.
This organization is committed to annually host various skating and winter activities in Broome County while using proceeds from our events to support local mental health initiatives and support other organizations that provide youth support, education, and sport programs.
