SOMETHING TRULY UNIQUE FOR YOUTH PLAYERS
This is meant to be an opportunity for young players to enjoy the unique experience that outdoor hockey offers, and is not meant to be an extra practice slot or league style game.
Divisions for this event will mostly follow the same structure as the USA age brackets for youth hockey. Players must play in the appropriate division relative to their birth year, no exceptions.
Regardless of the USA Hockey rules regarding body checking for each of the age groups, there is NO BODY CHECKING permitted in ANY level in this event.
Please note, while we will allow up to 16 players per team, we recommend having no greater than 12 players per team to allow significant ice time to all the participants. Remember, all games are played 4 on 4. For a complete list or rules and guidelines, please visit the RULES section under the YOUTH OUTDOOR HOCKEY WEEKEND tab.
Once you have processed payment we will email you a simple form to fill out and to email back to us which will include information about your team such as the roster, USA Hockey confirmation numbers for the players, and the coach and their contact information.
