Team rosters are NOT required at the time of registration and payment, but teams must submit a team roster prior to the event. Any roster changes must be submitted via email to BingPondFest@gmail.com.



Teams will consist of 4-8 players. For a complete list of event details, including roster lock date, please visit the Adult Weekend Rules page.



There are absolutely no refunds.



To clarify confusion and concern on the different divisions, please see the breakdown below:

  • A Level High Skill Team: This division is intended for a team made mostly of "A Level" players age 21 and over. Most players on a team will be of a high skill level.
  • B Level Good Skill Team: This division is intended for a team of mixed age and skill, allowing varied groups of friends and family the opportunity to play together, with all players age 21 and over. Most players on a team will be of a good skill level.
  • C Level Moderate Skill Team: This division is intended for a team of mixed age and skill, allowing varied groups of friends and family the opportunity to play together, with all players age 21 and over. Most players on a team will be of a moderate skill level.
  • D Level Recreation Skill Team: This division is intended for players new to the game and those of a lower skill level age 21 and over. This division is NOT meant for average players and we ask that people respect this division as a place that lower level players can play and enjoy the event exclusively.
