ALTERNATE ACTIVITIES ON BOTH DAYS

  • The adult hockey tournament will take place both days. People are welcome to come and watch.
  • There will be live music down by the hockey tournament open to everyone.
  • Chenango Valley State Park purchased a portable skating rink that it will setup for people to use all weekend to strictly go ice skating. There will be no hockey play allowed on this rink.
  • There will be a "Human Foosball" game setup for all attendees to use.
  • There will be a bubble hockey machine available for people to use.
  • There will be an inflatable sports around the world game available to kids.
  • The sledding hill will be open for people that want to bring their sleds (weather permitting).

SATURDAY SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

  • 11:00am - Johnny Only with music and entertainment for the kids.
  • 12:00pm - Pond Hockey trail run
  • 12:00pm - Guided snowshoe tour of the park if weather conditions permit. If not, this will be a guided hiking tour of the park.
  • 12:30pm - Live music at the pond by The Kiil
  • 2:00pm - Guided watch of the eagles in the park. Rumor is that they are nesting right now. Bring binoculars with you!
  • 3:00pm - Geocaching 101 with Darius

SUNDAY SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

  • 11:00am - Johnny Only with music and entertainment for the kids
  • 12:00pm - The Southern Tier Hockey Association, Binghamton Blizzard, and the Ice House Hawks will all have time on the pond.
  • 12:00pm - A FREE USA Hockey Try Hockey Event open to all kids that want to try the sport. We will have the USA Hockey trailer of equipment available so kids need bring nothing with them except a good attitude!
